So it was an ordinary or perhaps slightly less-than-perfect day considering how my parents dragged me out of bed at an ungodly hour of 10am to do some banking stuffs and then wash the car porch after we came back which was right before lunch time. i felt so famished while washing the car porch wth yes i know, rakus much.
anyway, the point is that it wasn't an exceptionally good day through out BUT as always, small little things brighten up my days :) we were driving out for some last-minute shopping when my dad asked if my cousin's working on eve today. dad suggested that we invite my maternal aunt and her family over for reunion dinner later today :D i think it's so cute how my dad's extending the invitation when it's my mum's sister :) they graciously accepted the invitation so yeap! the yeoh and wong families will be having a meriah reunion dinner together tonight! :D
alas, what's most important is having those that matter around us during these times. :) and again, have a blessed chinese new year, everyone! :)
